CFMOTO Australia has revealed its new 800MT-ES, a new variant of its 800MT adventure tourer equipped with semi-active suspension and factory-fitted alloy luggage, priced at $18,490 rideaway and available from late May.
The electronic suspension is the headline addition, using electronic control to automatically adjust the 41mm USD front forks and rear monoshock in real time based on road surface, rider input, and load. The system operates across all riding conditions without manual intervention, whether the bike is ridden solo, two-up, or fully laden.
Underpinning the 800MT-ES is CFMOTO’s 799cc parallel-twin producing 70kW and 77Nm, paired with a six-speed transmission and slipper clutch. A bi-directional quickshifter is included as standard.
Electronics are anchored by a Bosch six-axis IMU feeding cornering ABS and traction control. Four riding modes: Sport, Rain, Off-road, and All-terrain adjust throttle response and intervention levels. Drag torque control and a wheelie control system are also standard.

Braking is handled by a J.Juan system with dual 320mm front discs with radial calipers and a 260mm rear disc. Wheels are wire-spoke units in 19-inch front and 17-inch rear configuration, fitted with Michelin Anakee adventure tyres.
Additional equipment includes cruise control, heated grips and seat, tyre pressure monitoring, and an 8-inch TFT display. CFMOTO RIDE App connectivity is supported with a compatible smartphone.

The steel trellis frame uses the engine as a stressed member, paired with an aluminium double-sided swingarm and a steering stabiliser. Seat height is 825mm, kerb weight is 231kg, and fuel capacity is 19 litres.
The 800MT-ES is available in Neptune Blue and Glacier White. It is backed by CFMOTO’s three-year factory warranty.
